Overview

Katy Munro Presents: Musical: a Grandmother tells the story of Princess Amelia and her father the King’s search for the perfect Prince, to her young Grandaughter who is being bullied at school. Little does the King know, Amelia secretely falls in love with her handmaiden behind his back and when this common girl dresses up as a Prince, chaos, true love, and a struggle to determine what truly is “right” ensues. A heartwarming tale with an unexpected twist, An Old Fashioned Love Story is appropriate for the young and young-at-heart alike. Recommended for all ages.

  Saw this production today. I thought it had a very clear and excellent message. I particularly liked the ending when they left it up to the little girl. The performers were very good with a good family pairing of the King and Princess. A very bold piece. I felt the performances and script did not need the mighty mouse’s Dis… reference since they are strong enough to stand on their own.

    where and how does one purchase tickets?

      Just come to the door and purchase tickets 15 minutes before. They are $10. If you are under 14 it is $5.
